Its association with three main events of Lord Buddha’s life makes it very important day to celebrate. It falls on the day of the Full Moon in April or May ie. Of Vaishakh month, Taurus full moon. This year it is on 26 th May 2021. Tithi timings are very important. This year tithi timings are May 25, 8:30 pm – May 26, 4:43 pm India time.
